In large organisations, HR runs across disconnected tools, inboxes and spreadsheets. Employees wait days for answers that already sit in their own record, and HR teams spend their time chasing paperwork instead of people.

Personal information spreads across all of it, which makes POPIA compliance harder than it needs to be.

how it’s built

  • Authorisation first

    Every table is protected by Postgres row-level security, and an automated gate fails the build if a table or function slips through without a policy.

  • Tested like it’s in production

    47 end-to-end specs run against a live environment, alongside eight security suites covering tenant isolation, MFA, API authentication and destructive actions.

  • POPIA in the data model

    Consent is captured and logged on the server, and employees can export their full personal record themselves when they make an access request.

  • Plays well with the rest of the stack

    SCIM 2.0 provisioning, event webhooks, a SIEM audit-log endpoint and payroll and GL exports, each behind its own scoped token. Payroll changes are forward-dated only, and pay-run periods lock.
